With the registered capital of 82,940,000 yuan, it is a provincial state wholly-owned enterprise. It is located in Shenbei New District, Shenyang City. It covers an area of about 35 000 and has the structure of about 33000. Equipped with an office building, a processing workshop, a R&D center and a staff activity center, it is an industrial entity of combining R&D, manufacturing and installing services. It boasts of 246 sets of special production equipment, such as mechanic processing, welding, rivet-welding, metal plate, spraying, heat treatment and so on, which can meet the basic needs of production and techinical improvement as well as provide prerequisites for later R&D and production.
